Stand Ladies

2024 has seen some significant developments in both the ladies and junior sections at Stand GC.

We have gained a number of new lady members, established a super junior section, and raised over £1,000 with a family funday.

Lorna Hughes (vice captain) took the North West Singles Trophy, Geri Bates and Deb Pomfret came third in the Ping contest out of 18,000 entrants and Sue Tao came runner up in the prestigious Nahum Cup at Manchester Golf Club.

Ping Women's 4BBB

Congratulations to Debbie Pomfret and Geraldine Bates who qualified from over 18,000 entries nationally for the Ping Women's 4BBB Grand Final held at Thonock Park Golf Club, Lincolnshire.
Debbie and Geri finished 3rd with a score of 43, just 1 point off the leaders.

North West Singles Knock-Out

Spooktacular Halloween Open

A field of 88 ladies took part in the annual Spooktacular Halloween Open and really rose to the occasion with fabulous costumes.
